M Interior Design will objectively assess your home/property and provide a list of recommendations to get your property show-worthy. For each room, we will assist with furniture placement, provide de-cluttering suggestions, colour selection and suggest art and decor items. We will also supply trade contacts for any work that may need to be done. Once our recommendations have been implemented by the owner and the property is ready to sell, we will visit again to complete any finishing touches.

For the owner who does not have the time, ability, or desire to ready their property for sale, M Interior Design can take care of every last detail. This includes a design plan, agreed-upon budget, hiring trades needed, renting or purchasing furniture, and decor items including art, mirrors rugs, plants, lamps, vases, pillows, and bedding. The final product will showcase your property to its full potential while creating that positive first impression to potential buyers through online listings and in-person showings.
